Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- butter or margarine - 5 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- medium potatoes, sliced thin - 10 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Slice potatoes (thin) and place in 13 x 9-inch pan. Cook butter, flour and milk until slightly thick. Add cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and cook until heated through and thick. Pour over potatoes and cover with foil.
