Asparagus vinaigrette
Ingredients/Components
- cleaned asparagus - 2 lb
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- Good Seasons - 1 pkg
How to make asparagus vinaigrette:
Cut asparagus into pieces and cook until barely done. Drain and put in iced water. Mix sugar and vinegar; add water and salt to taste. Add Good Seasons. Refrigerate overnight.Optional: Garlic, onions, green and red pepper and carrots may be added.
