- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- chicken stock - 3 c
- asparagus, cooked - 2 c
- asparagus water - 2 c
How to make asparagus soup:
Cut the tips off the cooked asparagus and set aside. Combine the rest of the asparagus; cut in pieces, with the onion, chicken stock and asparagus water. Cook for 10 minutes.
