- asparagus - 1 item
- white bread, cut crusts off all sides and roll flat with rolling pin - 1 item
How to make asparagus roll-ups:
Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. Steam asparagus until bright green; drain and pat dry. Lay 2 spears, each in opposite direction. Roll and cut into 3 or 4 pieces. Place on baking sheet. Broil until golden.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Sandwich.
