Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese - 4 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic - 3 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • eggs or substitute - 6 item
  • bunch asparagus, chopped - 1 item

How to make asparagus frittata:

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic, onion and asparagus. In a bowl mix eggs, chicken broth and cheese.

When asparagus is tender, pour egg mixture over items in skillet. When center appears cooked, keep pushing sides in.

Afterward, place a large enough plate over skillet in order to flip your frittata and when you do, wait only 1 to 2 minutes and it's done.

Serve as lunch with bread or as a side dish.
