Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- medium-size can asparagus tips or cut spears - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Drain asparagus. Place melted butter in casserole dish. Add asparagus. Sprinkle with pimento and cut eggs into rings over top. Pour soup over all. Add buttered cracker crumbs over top of casserole. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
