Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/3 lb
- cracker crumbs
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped toasted almonds - 1/3 c
- cans asparagus tips - 2 item
- liquid drained from asparagus - 3/4 c
How to make asparagus casserole:
Mix cracker crumbs and almonds. Combine butter, soup, liquid and cheese in saucepan. Heat until blended. Alternate asparagus, sauce and cracker crumbs, making 2 layers of each. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
