Asparagus casserole



  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • buttered bread crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream of Cheddar soup - 1 item
  • cans asparagus tips - 2 item
  • or 2 hard-boiled eggs - 1 item

How to make asparagus casserole:

Hard boil eggs and while they cook, mix soups together. Place asparagus in a casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over asparagus. Sprinkle pepper over top. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly. As casserole bakes, peel and slice eggs. Remove casserole from oven; arrange sliced eggs on top and serve.
