Asparagus casserole


Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- fresh asparagus, cooked and drained - 2 lb
- cracker crumbs* - 1/2 c
How to make asparagus casserole:
Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of margarine until soft, stir in flour and add water and cook to a boil. Blend in asparagus, cheese and eggs. Put in a greased casserole dish. Cover with remaining margarine and sprinkle on cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.*If you like a sweet flavor, use honey graham crackers.
