Artichoke salad
Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 2 item
- apple cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- celery - 1/4 c
- artichoke - 1 item
- green bell pepper - 1 item
- flax seed oil - 3 Tbsp
- a dash of parsley - 1 item
- purple onion - 1 item
- tomato - 1 item
How to make artichoke salad:
Wash the artichokes well and boil in covered pot 45 minutes to 1 hour. When ready, peel them until you can see the center. Remove the "chokes" with a spoon and discard. Cut the artichoke heart and other vegetables into bite size pieces. Combine and toss with vinegar and oil.Recipe categories: Salads, Southern u.s., Cajun.
