• large eggs - 6 item
• pinch of pepper - 1 item
• Mozzarella cheese, cubed - 1 (8
• grated cheese Parmesan - 1/2 c
• diced pepperoni - 1/2 c
• frozen artichoke hearts, drained and cut into thirds - 1 pkg

How to make artichoke quiche:

Beat eggs lightly. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in an unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
