Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick butter - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese - 4 c
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- cans artichoke hearts - 2 item
- loaf of French bread - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Cut artichokes into small pieces. Chop green onions. Melt butter and saute with garlic. Mix with remainder of ingredients in a large bowl. Make a boat out of French bread and put dip in it. Double wrap with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minRecipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
