  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • cloves garlic - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 c
  • bunch green onions - 1 item
  • cans artichoke hearts - 2 item
  • loaf of French bread - 1 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Cut artichokes into small pieces. Chop green onions. Melt butter and saute with garlic. Mix with remainder of ingredients in a large bowl. Make a boat out of French bread and put dip in it. Double wrap with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 45 min
