Ingredients/Components
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, drained - 1 oz
- green onions, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- dash of garlic - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic and onion. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
