  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • fresh Parmesan cheese, grated - 1 c
  • small jar marinated artichoke hearts - 1 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes in an 8-inch pan. Cool. Serve with crackers.
