Ingredients/Components

  • cans artichoke hearts - 2 oz
  • mushrooms - 3/4 lb
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 6 oz
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded - 6 oz
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 item

How to make artichoke casserole:

Quarter and drain artichokes. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Put artichokes and mushrooms in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine next four ingredients and spread over vegetables. Sprinkle with last three ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
