Ingredients/Components
- cans artichoke hearts - 2 oz
- mushrooms - 3/4 lb
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 6 oz
- mozzarella cheese, shredded - 6 oz
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
How to make artichoke casserole:
Quarter and drain artichokes. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Put artichokes and mushrooms in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine next four ingredients and spread over vegetables.
