Ingredients/Components
- small jars marinated artichoke hearts - 3 item
- reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar - 16 oz
- bunch chopped green onion tops - 1 item
- egg beaters - 2 c
- sleeve crushed saltines - 1 item
- Salt, pepper, and tabasco to suit your taste - 1 item
How to make artichoke bites:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and cut into bite size pieces with fancy toothpicks for appetizers or serve larger squares without toothpicks for brunch.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Cheese.
