Apricot salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- buttermilk - 2 c
- carton whipped topping - 1 oz
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make apricot salad:
Heat pineapple to boiling point. Add to Jell-O. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Add buttermilk and pecans. Let cool, then add whipped topping. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or large mold.Note: Lemon, orange or lime Jell-O may be substituted for apricot.
