Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- buttermilk - 2 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make apricot salad:
Note: Orange or lime jello may be substituted for apricot. Heat pineapple to boiling. Add to jello. Stir until dissolved. Add buttermilk and pecans. Mix well. Let cool, then add whipped topping. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or large moRecipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
