Apricot salad



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • Cool Whip - 11 oz
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • small box orange jello - 1 item
  • small jars apricot baby food - 2 item

How to make apricot salad:

Beat baby food and cream cheese until smooth.

Combine pineapple and jello; heat until it starts to boil. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup sugar. Stir mixture well. Combine cream cheese mixture and pineapple mixture. Stir together until smooth. Do not use mixer. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Add the container of Cool Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate.
