- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- jars apricot tapioca baby food - 2 3/4
How to make apricot pound cake:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat sugar in oil. Add eggs; mix in the dry ingredients. Add the jars of apricot baby food. Add the nuts. Mix thoroughly. Bake 1 hour at 350° in a greased Bundt or angel food pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
