Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• cloves - 1 tsp
• Wesson oil - 1 c
• jars apricot tapioca baby food - 2 3/4

How to make apricot pound cake:

Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat sugar in oil. Add eggs; mix in the dry ingredients. Add the jars of apricot baby food. Add the nuts. Mix thoroughly. Bake 1 hour at 350° in a greased Bundt or angel food pan.
