  • powdered sugar
  • apricot nectar - 1 c
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
  • eggs whole - 4 item
  • juice of 1 lemon or enough ReaLemon to mix

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar juice of 1 lemon or enough ReaLemon to mix Mix cake mix, apricot nectar, oil, sugar and eggs (add eggs one at a time). Mix with mixer 1 minute after each egg. Mix an extra minute. Bake for 1 hour in stem pan at 325° (well-greased). Glaze while still warm.
