- eggs - 4 item
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- juice of 2 lemons
- box lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
- Add one egg at a time, beating after each egg
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Put cake mix, oil and nectar in mixing bowl and mix 2 minutes. Add one egg at a time, beating after each egg. Place in oiled tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
