- powdered sugar
- plus 1 Tbsp - 3/4 c
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- apricot nectar - 3/4 c
- lemon Jell-O
- rind of 1 lemon
- box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar3/4 c. orange juice rind of 1 lemon Mix cake mix, eggs, apricot nectar, oil and Jell-O together. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Cook in preheated 350° oven 45 minutes or until done.Glaze: Mix sifted sugar, orange juice and rind together. Pour over hot cake and let cool.
