  • eggs - 6 item
  • powdered sugar
  • plus 1 Tbsp - 3/4 c
  • orange juice - 3/4 c
  • apricot nectar - 3/4 c
  • lemon Jell-O
  • rind of 1 lemon
  • box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar3/4 c. orange juice rind of 1 lemon Mix cake mix, eggs, apricot nectar, oil and Jell-O together. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Cook in preheated 350° oven 45 minutes or until done.

Glaze: Mix sifted sugar, orange juice and rind together. Pour over hot cake and let cool.
