- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- box lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Combine cake mix, sugar, oil and apricot nectar. Beat in eggs. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325° for 1 hour. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Spread on baked cake and place under broiler until melted. Cool before removing from pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
