Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • cheese - 1 item
  • apricot juice - 1 c
  • large can apricots - 1 item
  • large cut marshmallows - 10 item

How to make apricot jello salad:

Drain the apricots and pineapple. Dissolve jello in water. Add mashed or cut up apricots, pineapple and marshmallows to jello when cool. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Let set, then put on filling followed by cheese.

Mix juice, sugar, flour and egg in double boiler. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and fold in Cool Whip. Put on jello mixture followed by cheese.
