How to make apricot jello salad:
Blend Jell-O, cream cheese, sugar and hot water in blender. Chill mixture until it begins to thicken. Add pineapple and orange sections; fold in whipped topping. Pour into mold or rectangular dish; chill until congealed. (Use a 9 x 13-inch dish or 2 smaller dishes. This recipe makes a lot!)Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Gelatin.
