  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • jar baby apricots - 1 item

How to make apricot cake:

Mix oil and sugar. Break eggs, one at a time. Sift flour with salt and soda. Beat well. Bake at 350°. Test in 30 minutes.
