Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • Crisco oil
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • size - 2 jars
  • Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon

How to make apricot cake:

Mix together sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix with sugar and oil, baby food and beaten eggs; mix well. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in greased and floured Bundt pan. Let cool.Frosting:3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese1/2 stick oleo1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla
