Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- confectioners sugar
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- sifted flour - 2 c
- Crisco oil
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- size - 2 jars
- Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon
How to make apricot cake:
Mix together sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix with sugar and oil, baby food and beaten eggs; mix well. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in greased and floured Bundt pan.
