Apricot bars



  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • jar apricot jam - 1 oz
  • margarine 2 sticks - 1 c

How to make apricot bars:

Cut together with pastry blender well, except jam. Press half of crumb mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread jam over crumb layer. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over jam and press down. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
