  • packed brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • unsweetened applesauce - 1 c
  • margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • oatmeal quick
  • Line 12 muffin cups with baking paper cups

How to make applesauce oatmeal muffins:

Mix all together. Line 12 muffin cups with baking paper cups. Fill almost full.Topping:1/4 c. oats1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar1/8 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. margarine, melted Sprinkle over top of muffins. Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven. Serve warm.
