Applesauce nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 3 tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- applesauce
- sifted all purpose flour - 2 c
- Stir well
How to make applesauce nut bread:
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients first, then add milk, applesauce, oil, eggs and nuts. Stir well. Pour batter into one large greased loaf pan. Sprinkle topping over the batter and bake at 350° until done.Topping:1/4 c. pecans1/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. cinnamon Toss ingredients together well.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Very low carbs.
