Applesauce cookies

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/2 c
• nuts - 1 item
• raisins - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• applesauce

How to make applesauce cookies:

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Cream together sugar and shortening. Add egg and applesauce. Add flour, vanilla, soda, and cinnamon. Mix in raisins and nuts. Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
