  • egg - 1 item
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • spice cake mix - 1 pkg
  • applesauce - 1/2 c

How to make applesauce cookies:

Mix together the spice cake mix, raisins, oil, applesauce and egg. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
