Applesauce cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda
• egg - 1 item
• nuts - 1/2 c
• raisins
• applesauce
• melted shortening - 3/4 c

How to make applesauce cake:

Cream shortening and sugar together. Then add remaining ingredients, except raisins and nuts. Beat all together then add raisins and nuts. Bake at 350° for about 45 to 60 minutes.
