Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg
• salt
• flour
• water - 1/2 c
• confectioners sugar - 2 c
• baking powder - 1/3 tsp
• baking soda
• shortening - 1/2 c
• large egg - 1 item
• raisins optional - 1 c
• walnuts, chopped - 1/2 c
• allspice - 1/2 tsp
• ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
• applesauce

How to make apple walnut cake:

Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cream together sugar, shortening, egg and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool. Top with frosting.
