Apple walnut cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• oil - 1/2 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• sifted flour - 2 c
• chopped apples - 2 c

How to make apple walnut cake:

Combine sugar and apples and let stand. Beat eggs with oil and vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients and combine with eggs and oil mixture. Add apple and sugar mixture. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Test; when knife inserted in middle comes out clean, cake is done.
