- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp

- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- chopped apples - 4 c
- butter or oleo, softened - 3 Tbsp
How to make apple walnut cake:
Frosting:2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3 Tbsp. butter or oleo, softened1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Beat eggs and sugar; add oil and vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Gradually add to sugar mixture, mixing well. Stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until tests done. Cool on wire rack.Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar until frosting has reached spreading consistency. Frost cooled cake.
