Apple turnovers



Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- slices thin white bread crusts removed - 2 item
- apple, peeled, cored and sliced - 1 item
- white raisins - 2 Tbsp
How to make apple turnovers:
Roll bread as thin as possible. Cook remaining ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes or until tender. Place 1/2 of apple mixture on one slice of bread. Moisten edges with water and fold over in a triangle. Repeat with 2nd slice of bread. Bake at 425° for 7 minutes or until browned.Makes 2 servings with 98 calories each.
