Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 item
- cinnamon - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- egg yolks - 2 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks melted oleo - 1 item
- sliced apples thin - 1 item
- about 3/4 stick melted oleo
How to make apple strudel:
Mix melted oleo, egg yolks and milk very well. Add flour; work in well. Divide dough into 6 parts. Cool dough in refrigerator overnight or at least for an hour. Roll out on a floured cloth. This should be about as thin as you would roll out noodles.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Apple.
