- sugar - 1 item
- cinnamon - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1 item
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- medium apples - 12 item
How to make apple strudel:
Dough: Mix water, oil, egg, salt and flour together well. Roll it thin.Core and pare apples. Put dabs of butter on the rolled out dough, then apples, white sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
