Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chicken broth - 4 c
- parsley for garnish - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- marjoram - 1/4 tsp
- rosemary - 1/4 tsp
- curry - 1/4 tsp
- medium winter squash - 1 item
- tart green apples, chopped - 3 item
How to make apple squash soup:
Bake squash at 425° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Halve and remove pulp and seeds. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer 45 minutes. Add squash. Blend well in blender. Reheat before serving. Garnish with parsley.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
