Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter
- powdered sugar
- spice cake mix - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- chopped apples - 3/4 c
- rum extract - 1/2 tsp
How to make apple snack cake:
Frosting:1/2 c. butter1/2 tsp. rum extract3 1/2 c. powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Blend mayonnaise, cake mix and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 more minutes on medium. Stir in apples. Spread in greased pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes; cool.Frosting: Blend butter and extract. Gradually add sugar until fluffy. Spread on cake.
