Ingredients/Components
- flour - 5 c
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- oleo - 6 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- apples, diced enough to cover dough thickly - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 8 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
How to make apple rolls:
Put 1 1/2 cups sugar in pan with 2 cups water. Heat until sugar dissolves. Mix all ingredients together. Roll out thin. Spread with oleo. Cover with diced apples. Sprinkle with nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon. Roll up into a big roll. Slice off about 1-inch thick.
