Apple raisin pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- thin pork chops - 8 item
- large apples - 2 item
How to make apple raisin pork chops:
Coat pork chops with flour. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Brown on both sides in oil in a large skillet. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; pour over chops. Cut apples into 1/2-inch wedges. Place apples on pork chops. Sprinkle raisins over all. Cover and boil gently, about 25 minutes. Remove chops with apples and raisins to heated platter. Combine flour and small amount of Vitamite milk to make a paste. Gradually stir in remaining milk and salt. Add to skillet, stirring over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
