  • chopped apples - 2 3
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • sugar - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • unsifted flour - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Add egg and beat pudding
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • hot water - 2 c
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make apple pudding:

Mix apples, salt, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon until moist. Add egg and beat pudding. Mix egg and apple mixture together. Add soda and flour. Mix well. Bake in an 8 x 8-inch pan in a 375° oven until toothpick comes out clean. Serve with Vanilla Sa
