Apple pudding


Ingredients/Components
- big McIntosh apples - 3 item
- can condensed milk - 1 item
- same equal amount regular milk - 1 item
- eggs, separated - 3 item
How to make apple pudding:
Core and peel apples; slice in thin rounds. Separate the eggs. Blend the yolks, milk and slowly the condensed milk until well blended. In a greased pan, arrange one layer of sliced apples; pour over custard. Put in oven for 30 minutes at 350° or until custard is solid. Take from oven and beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar. Pile on top of pudding. Put in oven until browned. Serve warm or chilled.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Apple.
