  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cornstarch - 1 c
  • water - 9 c
  • nutmeg - 2 tsp
  • apples Grimes Golden or Yellow Delicious - 7 qt

How to make apple pie filling:

Cook all these ingredients until clear and slightly thickened. Slice apples after peeling. Put in jars. Cover with filling. Process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
