Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- sliced apples - 1 qt
- flour or clear jell - 1 Tbsp
How to make apple pie filling:
Mix sugars, flour or clear jell, cinnamon and salt. Add to apples, stirring well. Let stand overnight. Cold pack in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Cake fillings and frostings.
