Apple pie filling



  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • sliced apples - 1 qt
  • flour or clear jell - 1 Tbsp

How to make apple pie filling:

Mix sugars, flour or clear jell, cinnamon and salt. Add to apples, stirring well. Let stand overnight. Cold pack in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
