Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• baking powder
• shortening - 5 Tbsp
• hot water - 3 Tbsp
• apples

How to make apple pie cake:

Cream together the first 4 ingredients. Sift the next 5 ingredients together and add to the first mixture. Add the hot water and apples last. Bake in greased round pie plate at 350° for 50 minutes.
