Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- water - 3 Tbsp
- sliced apples - 2 c
- double crust - 1 item
How to make apple pie:
Prepare bottom crust and fill with tart cooking apples, sliced very thinly and sprinkle sugar over them. Add water. Distribute butter in small lumps over surface; sprinkle with flour and then the cinnamon. Adjust top crust, well perforated. Bake in moderate oven.
